New Dimensions Active (NDA) uses An Post for nationwide deliveries. Please be sure to include your contact number for the courier. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days throughout Ireland.
Republic of Ireland – €5.95
Northern Ireland & U.K – An Post €9.95
For all International Shipping, NDA uses An Post.
Delivery times and cost vary based on region.
Our aim is to process all orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
Shipping Timelines for collection launches/special collaborations: Please allow up to 21 working days due to high volumes.
Shipping costs include handling, packing and postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
RETURNS:
Christmas Returns and Exchanges:
The return and exchange period for Christmas purchases is extended until January 12, 2025.
We hope you love your New Dimensions clothing as much as we do! However, if you wish to return an item(s) you can do so within 28 days of receipt.
Items returned to us must meet the criteria below to receive a full refund;
- Unworn
- Free of odour / washing detergent
- Original packaging
- Tags attached where applicable
Once items are returned and fit for resale, you will be entitled to receive a refund excluding shipping costs. For any returns outside of the 28 day window we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. Please not we are unable to refund any item(s) that are not in original condition or seem to have been washed or worn.
For items purchased at full price (i.e. not sale items) we are happy to provide a full refund for your item(s) up to 28 days from the day we have received your items.
Any customized item won’t be refunded or be allowed any exchange.

Faulty items;
We understand not everything is perfect, if you have received a faulty item please return as soon as possible and we can assess the issue at hand.
Charges;
Please note all postal charges for returns are at the cost of the customer and all goods are your responsibility until we receive them at our HQ.
How to Return:
Online Orders: To return an item(s) please ensure it is packaged appropriately, with your Name and Order number clearly written inside to ensure we can process accordingly. We aim to have all refunds processed within 14 days but may take up to 28 days during busier periods. We appreciate your patience during those times. Returns will be refunded to original form of payment.

STORE POLICIES
Store Refunds:
Full refunds are available to customers within 14 days of purchase, provided they have a receipt for the item(s). Returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they should be unworn, free of odors and washing detergents, with tags attached where applicable. Please verify that all items meet these criteria before processing a refund.
Store Exchanges:
Exchanges are offered up to 28 days after purchase. Customers must present a receipt for the item(s) they wish to exchange. Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for an exchange. Please confirm that all items meet these criteria prior to processing an exchange.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Online Returns:
Online returns can be accepted in-store if the items meet the return criteria. Customers should bring the returns sheet included with their order and fill in their name, order number, reason for return, and date. If the customer does not have this sheet, one can be provided in-store for them to complete. Refunds will be processed within 14 to 28 days, depending on the return period, and will be credited to the original form of payment.
Online Exchanges:
Unfortunately, online exchanges are not accepted in-store to maintain accurate stock levels in both the store and the warehouse. If the item a customer wants to exchange is available in-store, we will follow our online returns protocol, and the customer may purchase the item separately as a new order.
